How are the plaques?

Plaques are made from the finest porcelain.  Your picture is kiln fired into the glaze of the plaque.  It will last forever.

What is your guarantee?

Our plaques are guaranteed to last a lifetime.  If for any reason your plaque or urn begins to fade, we will replace at our expense. 

What is your return policy?

Since each plaque and urn is designed uniquely for you.  If not satisfied, please send a different photograph and we will remake.   Please remember to provide the best photograph possible.

What kind of images do we use?

The best image for us to have is an original print sent to us and we will send it back to you with your plaque.  However, if you do not wish to send the original print, you can upload .jpg, .jpe, .tif, .pdf, .psd, .pdd, .bmp or .gif.  Please be sure that the resolution of your digital is at least 250 dpi.  Please call for information on how to send us your photograph.
